The vinyl we use for wall art is a low tack matte finished Oracal brand vinyl.  This is safe to use on any type of painted wall and is removable with out damaging paint or leaving behind any adhesive.  So if you want to change a wall often to keep the office looking fresh and different wall art would defiantly be greatly recommended!
